I like this spice rack. It comes with sixteen packs of spices, and the way it sits and spins on the counter makes a large number of spices easy to get to, in just a few inches of counter space. (A small kitchen does not have room for the wall-mounted rack I used to have.) The jar design is unusual, allowing for spices to be sprinkled through the top opening or dispensed in quarter-teaspons portions with a built-in device through the bottom; the top unscrews if you want a larger amount at once.
Concerns: No labels are provided for the jars (though you can see each spice, so someone familiar with what is in the rack should be able to find what is wanted).
The dispenser built in to each jar seems to allow humidity to get to the spices, so they may not stay fresh as long.
The jars are not that easy to fill and don't hold a lot; they seem to be made of plastic (though the description says glass, and I may be wrong).
Overall, this is a good choice for a small kitchen. You will probably want to customize it by substituting a few of your own spices, but the included packets give you a good start.
